In relation to the weight of the products, each kilogram gross weight or part therefore will be counted as one unit. By using our delivery service, you agree to the forwarder’s handling of all aspects of the delivery on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods once the goods have been passed to the forwarder. We will not be responsible for any act or failure to act on the part of the forwarder.
